My skills which already enchant to +6 but problem is each time i change from subclass back to main, those enhance gone! And each time i have to petition GM to solve this problem. At 1st GM respone fast but this few days exspecially today i petition GM at 4pm but wait untill 6pm GM still no reply. And sometime GM said that HGM is not available so cant solve the problem 4 me. This is getting frustrated. If i not mistaken this bug has been discover few month back coz there few other players who has the same problem as far i knw. So i wonder wad wrong and when this bug can be fix?

And GM normally not active at night? What happen if there player who bot at night? Does GM really ban botters or just ban for few days only?
