GMs in L2NA beats down on bots in-game!

HGM =spam= of L2 NA has been giving botters a run for their money! He's publicly listing names and kicking bot @ssess! I guess he just wanted to show that they don't think too kindly of bots (as said in this strong letter) and now even the professional botting league is afraid to come out.

Although I know that the GM team here are doing their best to destroy the bot population, I guess we just don't hear about it too much and therefore conclude that they're not doing anything about it at all. Unfortunately, the rules don't help the GMs at all. Obviously, the one day ban doesn't work as botters all over the forum has publicly said that that they've been able to bot anytime they want (most in the early mornings). This is a spit in the eye of management and I read nothing from their side. Maybe we need to make some changes before Lineage 2 goes the way of Tabula Rasa.

It's an old issue that everyone's too tired to even talk about, but it's in your face everyday: hacks/bots/RMT/conspiracies/etc. and to ignore it is basically giving up and accepting it as a part of the game, when it is not.

I'm expecting to be flamed by the pro-bot league and you're free to do so as this is your right.
