Virus found on downloaded L2.exe

There was a virus found in my l2.exe file. So what I did was I deleted the file, using the Antivirus delete option, then download the fresh l2.exe file from the automatic update server, using the Checking file botton on the starting menu. When the menu finished downloading the l2.exe file, my antivirus detected that it has a virus.

Bayantel Connection

I have a problem connecting to L2 lately (actually it started first week of August). Everyday, starting 10am, my connection to L2 is so lag. And this happened literaly every day. But, after 10pm, my connection to L2 ok. I don't know if it's a bayantel-pldt problem or if there is someone tapping on my connection (is this possible?) But when I checked my speed using speedtest.net, watching youtube and downloading some software (at the same time), it was ok.

Please help me on this.. I can't even go online from 10am-10pm. I dont know what to do.

My connection is BayanTel DSL (1mbps).
